Despatch and Delivery Times
We deliver throughout the UK and Northern Ireland including the Channel Isles orders are fulfilled by Su-bridge Pet Supplies Ltd .
We aim to despatch orders within 1-2 working days. So you should usually expect delivery within 3-4 working days of placing your order. During busier times and bank holidays this may take longer.
Please note the following postcodes run on a 4 – 6 working day delivery service and may incur an extra charge for delivery, this will be shown at the checkout before payment is taken :
- Scotland – AB44-56, IV30-32
- Scottish Highlands – FK17-22, G83, IV1-28, IV33-39, KW1-3, KW5-14, PA21-33, PA35-40, PH18-26, PH30-42
- Scottish Islands – HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27, KA28, KW15-17, PA20, PA34, PA41-48, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3
- Northern Ireland – All BT postcodes
- Isle of Man – all postcodes
- Channel Isles – all postcodes
- Scilly Isles – All postcodes (TR 21-25)
We only deliver on working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Please take extra care when filling out your address details and don’t forget to add your special leaving instructions, should you not be in at time of delivery. We understand sometimes “typos” can happen, if you spot one on your order confirmation, please get in touch with us as soon as you can via firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only deliver to UK postcodes. If you’re an International Customer, please contact us via email@example.com and we will be happy to provide our International stockist information.
For orders under £25 in value (including VAT) a delivery charge of £7 is applicable. Orders over £25 (including VAT) in value will be delivered free of charge and free delivery will automatically be added at the checkout. We only offer free delivery to UK mainland customers. Customers outside of mainland UK will be charged for delivery, this charge will be applied to your basket at time of checkout.
We hope all deliveries run smoothly and of course all pets (and their owners) are happy with their Little BigPaw products. Product quality is very important to us and we pride ourselves on offering superior, healthy meals for your pets.

If an order has had a particularly bumpy journey and arrives damaged, please let us know via email@example.com and we will arrange for a replacement order to be sent to you as soon as possible.
Repeat Order Information
Customers have the option, should they wish, to set up a repeat order to enable them to receive their order every week, 2 weeks or monthly. This feature is completely optional and designed for customer convenience. All orders will automatically default to ”Never Repeat” unless instruction is given otherwise by the customer.
To begin a Repeat Order simply add which products you would like to receive and select what frequency to your basket and continue to the checkout process as normal. Our system will automatically take payment from the card used for the initial transaction. Payment will be taken the working day prior to despatch. However, you will also receive an email when the repeat order is generated, one day before the selected order date, which will remind you of the repeat order you have asked us to raise and it will also give you the opportunity to change your payment details, should you wish. For every repeat order as with all our deliveries you will receive an Order Confirmation email the day before despatch as well as an email from our courier on the delivery day.
Repeat orders may be cancelled by you at any time. To cancel your Repeat Order subscription, you will be able to do so via your Order Confirmation email or email us via firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of our team will be happy to assist.
Repeat orders can also be paused, for example, if you’re due to go on holiday and do not wish to receive your order whilst you’re away you will need to cancel your Repeat Order subscription and begin a new subscription upon your return.
Currently, voucher or promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with the Repeat Order subscription service.
